How quickly can an imaging field engineer be dispatched?

For critical clinical breakdowns, emergency field engineers can be dispatched rapidly depending on your facility's location. Scheduled PMs and non-emergency service can be booked at your convenience.

What documentation is provided after an Annual PM inspection?

Following every Preventative Maintenance visit, you receive a complete, formalized field service report detailing all electrical safety tests, radiation output calibration, phantom image tests, and technician certifications suitable for Joint Commission (TJC) and state radiation health inspections.

Why do you not service Philips imaging equipment?

Our imaging field partner specializes in GE Healthcare, Siemens, Ziehm, Hologic, Sonosite, and Mindray systems. Proprietary software diagnostic locks on modern Philips imaging units mean we do not service Philips at this time to ensure we only deliver 100% certified outcomes.

How is travel billed for on-site imaging repairs?

Travel is billed portal-to-portal at transparent, flat hourly rates ($250/hr for Ultrasound, $300/hr for C-Arm, X-Ray, and R/F suites). We provide travel estimates up front before dispatch so there are no unexpected travel surcharges.
