At PT Medical Technologies, Inc., all of our medical equipment is custom-refurbished, thoroughly tested by our biomedical engineering team, and sold via specialized quote and invoice contracts.

Due to the highly specialized and certified nature of capital medical equipment, all sales are considered final unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing on your finalized sales contract or invoice.

Warranty & Service Exceptions:
If your equipment arrives damaged, fails to meet the operational standards agreed upon in your quote, or is covered under an active PT Medical Technologies warranty agreement, please contact our support team immediately.
