Transducers undergo acoustic lens inspection, element testing for dropouts, cable strain relief checks, and color Doppler calibration. Additional compatible probes can be added to any console upon request.

Capital imaging equipment is shipped via dedicated medical freight carriers. The C-Arm gantry, monitor cart, and accessories are individually shrink-wrapped, foam-blocked, and secured inside heavy-duty custom timber crates. Liftgate service and inside delivery options are available nationwide.

Both options are available. We supply complete turnkey endoscopy towers configured with camera control unit (CCU), camera head, LED/xenon light source, CO2 insufflator, medical grade HD monitor, and rolling cart. Alternatively, facilities can purchase individual replacement components such as camera heads, couplers, light cables, or individual scopes to match their existing tower.

Every rigid and flexible scope undergoes a specialized optical bench inspection. Technicians inspect objective and eyepiece windows for scratching, test the internal rod lens chain for chips or glue separation, and evaluate the fiber-optic illumination bundle for broken fibers. Scopes must meet strict brightness and optical resolution thresholds before being approved for sale.

Yes. All endoscopy handpieces and scopes conform to OEM sterilization guidelines and are compatible with standard low-temperature hydrogen peroxide gas plasma (STERRAD), ethylene oxide (EtO), or steam autoclave systems depending on the specific model's rating.

Unless specifically noted otherwise, our patient monitors are supplied complete with standard operating accessories. This typically includes a medical-grade hospital power cord, multi-lead ECG cable and leadwires, adult reusable blood pressure cuff with hose, and compatible finger SpO2 sensor so the unit is clinically deployable immediately upon receipt.

Portable and transport monitors undergo battery charge retention testing. Technicians verify that internal lithium-ion or lead-acid battery packs hold a full charge under active simulation load for the manufacturer's specified duration. Degraded battery cells are replaced before shipping.

Yes. Monitors pass electrical safety tests (NFPA 99 / IEC 62353 standards) and are tagged with a current biomedical inspection sticker indicating inspection date and testing technician, making them ready for clinical compliance inspections by state and Joint Commission auditors.

Laboratory equipment undergoes electrical safety verification, boot sequence diagnostics, sensor self-tests, and mechanical motion validation. Slide printers are tested for thermal head print clarity and transport reliability, while analyzers are powered on to confirm diagnostic menu accessibility and communication port integrity.

Yes. We routinely service hospital pathology networks, university laboratories, and commercial testing facilities with institutional purchase orders. Net 30 terms and invoicing are supported for qualified organizations.

Precision laboratory instruments are secured in custom foam-lined wooden crates with shock and tip indicators attached. Sensitive moving assemblies are locked with transit brackets, and shipments are routed via specialized freight carriers with full tracking.

Operating Room (OR) surgical tables (such as the Steris AMSCO 3085 or Berchtold Operon) offer heavy-duty weight capacities (500–1,000 lbs), multi-axis motorized articulations (Trendelenburg, lateral tilt, back, and leg section adjustments), hydraulic brake locks, and battery backups for complex inpatient or general anesthesia surgeries. Procedure tables and chairs are designed for outpatient, minor surgical, or exam room settings (such as dermatology, ENT, or pain injections) with compact footprints, powered height and tilt adjustments, and specialized positioning accessories.

Yes. Many of our surgical tables and specialized procedure tables feature radiolucent carbon fiber or phenolic tabletops designed specifically for unobstructed fluoroscopic visualization. They offer longitudinal slide capabilities and large imaging windows that allow mobile surgical C-Arms to perform full cranial-to-caudal patient scans without structural shadow interference.

Biomedical engineers run full-load cycle tests across all motorized movements: height elevation, Trendelenburg, reverse Trendelenburg, lateral tilt, back section elevation, and kidney bridge deployment. Hydraulic reservoirs, fluid hoses, and cylinder seals are inspected for leaks and replaced as needed. Emergency override systems, hand pendants, auxiliary foot controls, and floor brake locks are verified for 100% operational reliability.

Surgical tables weigh between 600 and 1,000+ pounds. They are shipped fully assembled and secured inside custom-built heavy-duty timber freight crates with interior foam blocking and tie-down straps. We coordinate liftgate freight delivery nationwide, with inside delivery and uncrating assistance available upon request.

Steam autoclaves (such as Midmark Ritter M9/M11 or Tuttnauer) use high-temperature pressurized saturated steam (250°F to 273°F) to sterilize heat-resistant metal instruments, surgical trays, and textiles. Low-temperature gas plasma sterilizers (such as the ASP STERRAD system) use vaporized hydrogen peroxide gas plasma at low temperatures (~120°F) to sterilize heat- and moisture-sensitive devices such as rigid endoscopes, video camera heads, light cables, and sensitive micro-surgical instruments that would be damaged by steam heat.

Biomedical technicians replace door gaskets, clean internal filters, and run consecutive unwrapped, pouched, and pack cycles while monitoring calibrated temperature and pressure sensors. Heating elements, water level sensors, safety relief valves, and automatic door actuators are tested under pressure to guarantee compliant sterilization parameters.

Yes. Our refurbished tabletop autoclaves are supplied complete with stainless steel instrument trays, tray racks, power cords, and operating manuals so your clinical staff can immediately integrate the unit into sterile processing workflows upon delivery.

All certified pre-owned sterilizers include our written functional warranty stated on your quote and invoice. We accept hospital and surgery center Purchase Orders (POs), Net 30 payment terms upon credit approval, wire transfers, and credit cards. Extended biomedical maintenance agreements are also available through our biomedical engineering division.

Cart-based ultrasound systems (such as the Philips iE33 or Siemens Acuson S2000) are full-sized consoles with multiple active probe ports, high-end image processing hardware, large articulated displays, and advanced specialty packages (such as 3D/4D imaging, strain echocardiography, and complex vascular quantification). Portable ultrasound machines (such as the GE Logiq E or Sonosite M-Turbo) are lightweight, battery-operated laptop or kiosk systems engineered for rapid point-of-care diagnosis, needle guidance for nerve blocks, and transport between patient exam rooms.

Yes. We understand that clinical specialties require specific probe configurations. Whether you need phased array cardiac probes (e.g., Philips S5-1, X7-2), high-frequency linear vascular probes, curvilinear abdominal probes, or endocavity OB/GYN transducers, our imaging specialists can configure your ultrasound system with the exact probe package your practice requires.

Our imaging technicians inspect each transducer using specialized acoustic element diagnostic protocols. We perform surface acoustic lens checks for delamination, test cable strain reliefs for intermittent signal loss, and run acoustic phantom scans to ensure zero dead element shadow lines in the near and far field across B-mode, M-mode, and color Doppler.

Full cart consoles are wrapped in anti-static protective film, locked with monitor transit brackets, and secured inside custom-built timber freight crates with shock-absorbing foam lining. Transducers are individually packed in dedicated padded cases. All shipments travel via air-ride freight with full insurance and tracking.

Our certified biomedical technicians perform comprehensive multi-point diagnostic assessments in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Testing includes high- and low-pressure pneumatic leak tests, ventilator compliance and tidal volume verification, oxygen ratio controller (hypoxic guard) validation, flowmeter tube accuracy, APL valve operation, vaporizer manifold interlock testing, and backup battery load testing.

Anesthesia machines can be configured either console-only or bundled with certified vaporizers (e.g., Dräger Vapor 2000 or Datex-Ohmeda Tec series for Sevoflurane, Isoflurane, or Desflurane) depending on your facility's clinical requirements. Each vaporizer is verified for agent-specific output accuracy.

The Dräger Fabius GS uses an electrically driven piston ventilator (E-vent) rather than a pneumatic bellows. This eliminates the need for drive gas, significantly reducing medical gas consumption and saving money on tank or central piped oxygen. It also provides exceptional tidal volume precision, ideal for pediatric through adult anesthesia in outpatient surgery centers.

Yes. Systems undergo electrical safety testing (NFPA 99) and pneumatic calibration. Each unit is tagged with an active biomedical inspection certification sticker, accompanied by technical documentation ready for Joint Commission, AAAHC, or state licensing audits.
