SHIPPING & IN-STORE PICKUP POLICY
PT Medical Technologies, Inc. provides nationwide and international delivery for our certified pre-owned medical equipment, laboratory instrumentation, diagnostic imaging systems, parts, and accessories. We also offer free local warehouse pickup from our Dallas-Fort Worth facility in Irving, Texas.

1. Order Processing & Handling Time
• Standard Equipment & Parts: Benchtop units, patient monitors, probes, cables, and replacement parts undergo biomedical inspection, testing, and packaging within 1 to 2 business days.
• Capital Medical Equipment: Large systems (C-Arms, X-Ray units, CT contrast injectors, laboratory analyzers, infant incubators, and surgical workstations) undergo complete technical re-certification, palletization, and custom wooden crating. Handling and dispatch time is typically 2 to 4 business days.
• Operating Hours: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (excluding major U.S. federal holidays).

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Transit Times
All shipments originate directly from our central warehouse facility in Irving, Texas.
• Standard Ground Delivery (FedEx / UPS / DHL): Used for benchtop equipment, components, and accessories. Estimated transit time is 2 to 5 business days across the Continental United States.
• Specialized Freight (LTL / Air-Ride Suspension): Heavy and sensitive capital equipment is transported via dedicated freight carriers. White-glove, liftgate, and inside-delivery options are available upon request. Estimated transit time is 3 to 7 business days.
• Delivery Timeframe Guarantee: All confirmed orders are guaranteed to be delivered within 14 to 30 business days from purchase.

3. "On Display in Store" & Free Local Warehouse Pickup
Customers in or visiting the Dallas–Fort Worth area may inspect, test, and pick up their equipment directly from our warehouse at zero cost ($0 Free Local Pickup).

5. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
As soon as your shipment departs our loading dock, an automated email confirmation will be sent containing your carrier tracking number (FedEx, UPS) or freight Bill of Lading (BOL).

6. Freight Inspection & Damage Policy
All equipment is professionally packed and insured during transit.
• Upon arrival, please inspect the exterior of the crate or packaging before signing the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL).
• If visible damage is present, note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
• In the rare event of transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours at info@ptmedicaltechnologies.com or call (855) 234-7633 with photos of the packaging and equipment so our team can resolve it immediately.
