Texas law requires buyers of salvaged medical equipment to hold a valid DSHS Salvage Broker or Establishment license. Submit your credentials and our team will verify your license within 1–2 business days.
Why is this required?
Under the Texas Food, Drug, Device, and Cosmetic Salvage Act (Health & Safety Code, Chapter 432), anyone buying or selling salvaged medical devices within Texas must hold a valid DSHS license. Once verified, you'll have full access to bid on all auction items.
